Asst Manager - HR

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Assistant Manager - HR to join our growing team in Kochi. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will play a key role in supporting various HR functions and initiatives. Responsibilities

Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and other hiring partners.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new hires.

Employee Relations

  • Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, including policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist in resolving employee grievances and conflicts.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Performance Management:

  • Assist in the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans.
  • Track and analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Manage HR documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and employee handbooks.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.

HR Initiatives

  • Support the implementation of various HR initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, training and development programs, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Conduct research and analysis on HR best practices and trends

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Experience working in the IT industry.
  • Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting.
